名称: YNB;无氨基酵母氮源; Yeast Nitrogen Base without Amino Acids; 酵母氮源基础,无氨基酸。
用途：YNB，无氨基酵母氮源用于基因工程中酵母菌的发酵培养.
注意:YNB培养基的灭菌方法是用滤器除菌，不能用高压灭菌。凡是具有生物活性的物质，要保持生物活性一般都不能用高压灭菌。
生物素及组氨酸溶液也只能用滤器除菌。
